A Guide to Legal Recognition for Donor Conceived Families
This guide has been prepared by LGBT Ireland and Equality for Children to give an overview of the current provisions regarding the changes to the Children and Family Relationships Act 2015 (the CFRA) and is current as of 26th of June 2024, the date when the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 was passed by the Oireachtas.
